Last May 11, 2023 was the turnover date of my cousin’s house at the Legian 2 Phase E here in Imus, Cavite. This low cost housing’s developer is Charles Builders, the developer of many big subdivisions here in Cavite.
If you are looking for a house and lot for sale in Cavite, it’s definitely okay to go for a preselling unit but if you want to use the property asap, better try the PAGIBIG Acquired Assets. We also got one foreclosed unit which we plan to flip. More kwento soon!
Legian 2 Imus Cavite Subdivision
Before we start with the turnover pics and videos, I just want to write more about The Legian 2 Subdivision.
There are several phases inside Legian 2: Phase A, Phase B, South, North, Phase C, Phase D (New) and Phase E (New)
Back in 2014, Mother and I purchased a house and lot in Phase C. The TCP before was around 790,000 pesos only and we just paid a downpayment of 37,000pesos. Now the TCP is around 1.5M for an inner lot and the downpayment is around 180,000pesos. Wow!
Now real estate is really the best investment if you are thinking of renting your unit out or flipping in the future which we will be doing in one of our Legian houses. Will talk about this in the next months! 🙂
Legian 2 Subdivision Review
The whole Legian 2 Subdivision is a very big community from all walks of life.
Good: What I love most about Legian 2 from a business point of view is that you have a big market. Imagine, for Legian 2 Phase C alone, there are around 1,000 houses! That’s a very big community already!
Bad: Most of the houses here don’t have parking space, thus the crowded streets and the double parking.

How to get to Legian 2 Imus, Cavite
To get to Legian 2 in Imus, Cavite, you can follow these steps:
- Determine your starting point. Are you from the north or south? Legian 2 is a residential subdivision located in Imus, Cavite, so you may be starting from a nearby town, city, or location in Cavite.
- If you are coming from Metro Manila, you can take a bus or van bound for Cavite. There are several bus terminals in Metro Manila that have routes to Cavite, such as the Alabang Bus Terminal, and PITX. You can also take a van from the terminal in Starmall Alabang or Festival Mall.
- If you take the PITX Cavite Bus, you may ride the bus going to Ternate, NAIC and inform the driver to drop you off Jolibee Gahak or 7-11 Gahak. This will take the Cavitex so this is a faster route.
- If you are just in Cavite, you can take a jeepney or a tricycle to get to Imus. Look for jeepneys or tricycles that have “Imus” or “Imus Bayan” signboards. These public vehicles can be found in designated terminals or on the side of the road.
- Once you are in Imus, you can ask the driver to take you to Legian 2. The subdivision is located along the NIA Road.
- If you have access to a private vehicle, you can use a navigation app like Google Maps or Waze to guide you to Legian 2. Just input the address or the name of the subdivision, and the app will provide you with the best route.
