Yoki’s Farm Tagaytay – Our Favorite Zoo/Farm in Cavite

Located in Mendez, Cavite, Yoki’s Farm Has Become Our Family’s Favorite Farm and Zoo

Ever since we first stepped foot inside Yoki’s Farm, it has held a special place in our hearts. This peaceful farm and zoo in Tagaytay, Cavite offers such a memorable and family-friendly experience—and we absolutely love how well the animals are taken care of. Everything about Yoki’s Farm reflects their commitment to cleanliness, sustainability, and education, making it a standout destination for families like ours.

This was actually our second visit to Yoki’s Farm Tagaytay. Our first visit was back in 2022 when we celebrated our boyfriend-girlfriend anniversary. At the time, our eldest son was just about 1 year old, but even at that young age, he had so much fun exploring the animals and walking around the beautiful farm.

We returned again in February 2024, and this time I was pregnant with our second child. Levi, now 2 years and 6 months old, was even more excited and engaged during our visit. He was more curious, more playful, and definitely more interactive with the animals. It brought us so much joy to watch him reconnect with nature, and once again, Yoki’s Farm did not disappoint!

Whether it’s your first time or your second, Yoki’s Farm Tagaytay always has something new to offer. No wonder so many Yoki’s Farm reviews from other parents rave about how perfect it is for little kids, too.

Yoki’s Farm vs. Paradizoo Tagaytay Quick Review

Wrote this quick review between the two since lots of our friends are asking which should they go first.

If you’re planning a family getaway to Tagaytay and wondering whether to visit Yoki’s Farm or Paradizoo Tagaytay, you’ve come to the right place! Our family has visited both, and we’re here to share why Yoki’s Farm Tagaytay quickly became our top choice. From its clean and well-maintained facilities to its educational tours and unique attractions, there’s so much to love about this charming farm. Let’s dive into our experience and show you why Yoki’s Farm is a must-visit destination!

Why We Prefer Yoki’s Farm Tagaytay

  • When it comes to zoos and farms, cleanliness is always at the top of our checklist. After all, if a place can’t maintain basic hygiene, it can be hard to trust their overall standards. For us, the comfort rooms are a huge indicator of a zoo’s or farm’s cleanliness. If the bathrooms are well-maintained, it’s usually a sign that the rest of the place will be too—and Yoki’s Farm Tagaytay passed with flying colors!
  • This is not something we take lightly, as we’ve visited many places where the cleanliness just didn’t meet our standards. But at Yoki’s Farm, everything felt fresh, organized, and taken care of. The whole family felt comfortable, and we could focus on enjoying the attractions without worrying about cleanliness.
  • Another key factor for us was the farm-like atmosphere at Yoki’s Farm. The landscape is beautifully designed, with wide-open spaces, lush greenery, and a calming vibe that makes it feel like a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Whether you’re walking around the farm, taking photos, or just relaxing in the fresh air, there’s a sense of tranquility that makes it perfect for a family outing.
  • The farm feels of the place, landscape, is much better at Yoki’s Farm.
  • Employees are very respectful too and knowledgeable (at least for our tour guide, ha!) Our first tour guide though was new when she toured us around Yoki’s Farm but our second tour guide, was really good and was very knowledgeable of the animals and the whole place. Levi loved listening to him and had pictures with him too.

The Amazing Yoki’s Farm Experience

There’s so much to explore at Yoki’s Farm, making it an ideal destination for families, animal lovers, and those who enjoy learning something new. Here are a few highlights of our visit that we think you’ll love:

1. Yoki’s Farm Zoo

The zoo is definitely the main attraction at Yoki’s Farm. It’s full of diverse animals, including some that you might not expect to see in a farm setting. From cute goats and pigs to more exotic animals like peacocks and even camels, the zoo offers a wide variety of creatures that are fun for kids and adults alike.

One of the best parts about Yoki’s Zoo is the opportunity to interact with the animals. Levi had a blast feeding and learning about the animals from the knowledgeable staff. The zoo has a laid-back vibe, and there’s no rush, so you can take your time walking through and enjoying each animal exhibit. Plus, it’s perfect for getting some great Yoki’s Farm photos to capture the memories!

2. The Yoki’s Farm Museum

Another standout feature of Yoki’s Farm is its fascinating museum. It’s a treasure trove of Asian antiques, artifacts, and unique collections. The museum houses everything from ancient Buddha statues to old vases, making it a must-see for history buffs and culture enthusiasts.

What really impressed us was the collection’s diversity. The museum is a true reflection of the owner’s love for collecting, and the stories behind the artifacts add an extra layer of interest. Even if you’re not a huge history fan, you’ll still find the collection incredibly fascinating. And don’t forget to snap a few photos of the giant laughing Buddha statue outside the museum—it’s an iconic spot for photos and a great place to take a family picture!

3. Yoki’s Hydroponics Farm

For those interested in gardening or sustainable farming, Yoki’s Hydroponics Farm is a must-see! We were especially excited to check out the hydroponics setup, as Daddy Ryan has always been interested in growing plants this way. The farm grows fresh lettuce and other produce using hydroponics, and you can even buy some of the lettuce to take home with you.

Although we didn’t get to tour the inside of the hydroponics area, just seeing the farm from the outside was enough to get us excited. If you’re looking for something different and educational, this is definitely a great addition to your visit. It also ties into the overall farm experience, showing how Yoki’s Farm promotes sustainable agriculture and innovation.

What Sets Yoki’s Farm Apart

What really makes Yoki’s Farm stand out, besides the clean and welcoming environment, is the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly, respectful employees who genuinely seemed passionate about what they do. We had the pleasure of having two different tour guides during our visit. Our first tour guide was relatively new, but she did a great job explaining the animals and the farm’s operations. The second tour guide, however, was an absolute gem! He was extremely knowledgeable about the animals, the history of the farm, and even the different species we encountered. Levi absolutely loved listening to him and learned so much during the tour.

This level of engagement really made a difference in our experience. It felt like the staff at Yoki’s Farm truly cared about educating visitors and making the experience special.
